The usage process of the cup warp stickers:
1. Ensure the 16oz glass cup surface is clean, dry, and oil-free, wipe gently with alcohol pads or lint-free cloth to remove dust, water stains, or grease.
2. If the sticker size is slightly larger than the transfer area on the glass cup, trim neatly along the edges of the pattern with scissors, leaving a 1-2mm blank border outside the pattern to avoid cutting the design itself.
3. Hold the backing paper of the sticker with your fingers, gently cover the separated pattern side onto the preset transfer position of the glass cup, and adjust the angle to ensure the pattern is centered or aligned. Then, use a scraper to gently scrape from the center of the pattern to the surroundings to expel air and moisture between the pattern and the cup surface. Apply even pressure during scraping to prevent pattern damage from excessive force.
4. Subsequently, gently peel off the DTF cup wrap's base film. If any part of the pattern fails to transfer completely, press and fix the sticker firmly.
Post-Application Notes:
For glass cups after transfer, avoid contact with high-temperature water and sharp objects within 24 hours to prevent pattern peeling. When cleaning, use a soft cloth and neutral detergent. Do not scrub the pattern area with steel wool or hard-bristled brushes. The cup can be hand-washed or cleaned in the dishwasher's gentle cycle.
