What is the manufacturing method of 3D embossed children stickers?
1. Pre-design and plate making
Design children-friendly patterns according to customer requirements, such as cartoon characters, animals, letters, and reserve the embossed areas.
2. Base material printing
Use flexographic printing or digital printing technology to print the designed patterns on the surface of the base material. After printing, perform low-temperature drying (40-60℃) to ensure the ink is fully cured and avoid color bleeding and adhesion in subsequent processes.
3. UV curing molding method
Spray equipment is used to evenly apply UV resin in the designated areas of the printed patterns. Attach the mold with embossed patterns to the base material. Through UV lamp irradiation for 5-10 seconds, the resin quickly cures and forms a three-dimensional embossed effect. After the resin is fully cured, remove the mold, and the embossed pattern is set. Cool the mold with cold air or cold water to quickly cool and set the base material, and then remove the mold to form the embossed pattern.
4. Subsequent processing
Cut according to the designed size using a die-cutting machine, remove the excess edges to ensure the shape of the stickers is regular.
