The innovative process involved employees anonymously writing down their suggestions, concerns, and ideas for the company. Instead of presenting them themselves, the notes were collected and randomly redistributed for other team members to read aloud. This "reverse" method ensured that every voice was heard without any hesitation, in a spirit of collective ownership.
Ms. Gao actively listened to each piece of feedback and made on-the-spot commitments. "The purpose of this exercise is to truly listen," stated Ms. Gao. "You've bravely shared your thoughts, and now it's my turn to act. My role is to help everyone realize these positive changes."
